The\u00a0KML files are\u00a0organised and named by\u00a0upstream catchment area, <em>viz.\u00a0<\/em>large (1000-10,000 km2) and largest (&gt;10,000 km2) and by\u00a0performance,\u00a0<em>viz.<\/em> best (<em>Rmax<\/em>&gt;0.9), good (0-8-0.9), moderate (0.6-0.8) and poor (&lt;0.6)\u00a0(see paper for further details on the calculation of <em>Rmax<\/em>). <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/sh\/6md0x9pgkz79zj3\/AABZ2BmV8wsR1A22Ib0K3YUfa?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DATA LINK<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, if you wish to replicate our experiment or undertake your own research using the same data we used, you can\u00a0download all\u00a0constructed SGRs including estimated the inundation signal\u00a0from MODIS\u00a0or GFDS, as well as the discharge observations used to\u00a0construct and evaluate the SGRs.\u00a0The data are formatted in 3 separate, self-described NetCDF\u00a0files. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/sh\/p7wfbbkq8luuw3p\/AADGj4vdZ33qqLELo4xySEL1a?dl=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DATA LINK<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wald.anu.science\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Fig7.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-659 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wald.anu.science\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Fig7-300x217.png?resize=300%2C217\" alt=\"Fig7\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<em>Examples of good, bad and ugly satellite-gauging reaches\u00a0(see paper for detailed explanation)<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wald.anu.science\/amo-team\/albert-van-dijk\/\"><br \/>\n<button style=\"background-color: #d3640e; border: none; color: white; padding: 15px 15px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;\"><strong>More information?
